This program allows you to send smses from command-line using a ircomm
(or serial, but untested) connected AT commands-speaking gsm device
(tested only on nokia 6210) to send short messages and short ,,flash''
messages (i.e. those that display without the user requiring to press
read button on a cellphone -- depends on the model).
